APAI’s Local Guide Specification provides a narrative of Section 402 of the Indiana Department of Transportation (INDOT) Standard Specifications and how it can used for specifying asphalt pavements for local governments and non-governmental applications. References incorporate the latest asphalt pavement technologies. It attempts to present the best practices, procedures and processes but is not intended to replace sound engineering knowledge, judgment and experience.
